Who Am I?
Anjeanette (AJ) Armstrong
I take pride in bringing passion and enthusiasm to the classroom, helping others reach their potential and discovering new and better ways to teach. I also strive to have a positive impact on self-esteem and building confidence in others.
I attended Western Governors University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and a Master of Education degree in Learning and Technology.
In January 2018, I received the KSL Newsradio and Zions Bank's Teacher Feature Award. In October 2018, I received Early Light Academy's Teacher of the Year Award as recognized by South Jordan Chamber of Commerce.
When I'm not teaching, you’ll find me with my family at the movies, on the golf course, hitting the slopes, or exploring a new city or island. I love to work hard and play hard and encourage others to do the same.
This is my fifth year at ELA and I look forward to creating many great experiences and memories!
